1. Basic Physical and Chemical Properties

– Excellent adhesion to all materials used, such as wood, metal, plastic, concrete, etc.
– Heat, water, solvent, and pressure resistant.

– Easy to use, requiring no special technical skills; simply follow the supplier’s instructions.

– Does not deteriorate over time if not fully used in a single application (if not mixed with the catalyst).

– Relatively slow drying time. It takes 3-4 hours after application before it can be used. However, during use, the user can adjust the curing time by increasing or decreasing the percentage ratio between the catalyst and the adhesive.

– The usable time after mixing is relatively short, a maximum of 40 minutes after mixing, after which the adhesive must be used up as it begins to cure.

2. Applications

– Epoxy Hardener T-31D is used to improve the durability and hardness of concrete surfaces, especially in high-abrasion environments such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, workshops, and heavy-load areas.

– With its ability to create a protective coating that resists abrasion, slippage, and dust, Epoxy Hardener T-31D helps concrete surfaces achieve higher durability and extend their lifespan.

– Epoxy Hardener T-31D is also used in projects to refinish and repair old concrete surfaces, enhancing surface durability and hardness and creating an aesthetically pleasing, easy-to-clean, and maintain surface.
