Polycarbonate is an amorphous engineering thermoplastic with:

• Excellent optical clarity (light transmission ~88–90%)
• Outstanding impact resistance
• High heat resistance
• Improved UV stability (vs standard PC grades)
• Processing Temperature: 260 – 320°C
• Mold Temperature: 80 – 120°C
• Drying Required: Yes (critical)
  • 110 – 120°C for 3–4 hours
• Shrinkage: ~ 0.5 – 0.7%
