Dimensional stability – low water absorption (0.22% @ 23 °C/69% RH) with controlled shrinkage 1.8–2.2%.
Electrical insulation – dielectric strength ~24 kV/mm; high surface/volume resistivity.
Thermal robustness – HDT 158 °C (0.45 MPa) / 110 °C (1.82 MPa); Vicat ~162 °C; Tm ~165 °C.
