4. Processing Notes

PC must be dried properly before processing to avoid bubbles, splay and loss of properties (follow WANHUA’s recommended temperature and time).

Suitable for standard injection moulding with controlled melt and mould temperature to achieve optimal clarity and surface quality.

Avoid sharp corners and very thick sections to minimise internal stress and improve impact and stress-crack resistance.
-
Can be supplied as natural pellets for masterbatch colouring, or as pre-coloured grades according to project requirements.
