Key Properties

• High viscosity (RV ~4.0) → excellent melt strength, ideal for film blowing
• Lubricated (L) → improved processing, reduced friction
• Very high mechanical strength & toughness
• Excellent extrusion stability (especially thick or strong films)
• Melting point ~220°C (typical PA6)
• Good chemical resistance (oils, fuels, greases)
• Good barrier performance for packaging films
• Typical PA6 moisture absorption behavior
• Good surface quality and dimensional consistency
