ACR WD-501 is an acrylic-based processing aid designed for rigid PVC (uPVC) applications requiring very high melt strength and excellent shape retention. It is especially suitable for thick PVC extrusion and PVC foam applications, enhancing fusion performance, stabilizing melt flow, and improving final surface quality.
